Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply when booking through the website.
Sessions need to be paid for in advance, online, at the time of booking via the Hedgehog Club website.
Please supply contact information so that we can contact you in case of cancellation.
If the session is cancelled due to illness of the staff you will receive a full refund for that session.
If the session is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions, e.g. high winds, you will receive a refund.
If you need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours before the session is due to start in order to receive a refund. Please email Mandy if you know you are unable to attend in advance so that the refund can be arranged. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice we will be unable to offer refunds.
Cancellation of sessions is at the sole discretion of The Hedgehog Club. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
