Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply when booking through the website.
Payments:
Sessions need to be paid for in advance, online, at the time of booking via the Hedgehog Club website.

Cancellation policy:
Please supply contact information so that we can contact you in case of cancellation.
If the session is cancelled due to illness of the staff you will receive a full refund for that session.
If the session is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions, e.g. high winds, you will receive a refund.

If you unable to attend your booked session please let us know more than 24 hours before the session is due to start. Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances. If you are able to find a friend who could take your place that would be great.

Cancellation of sessions is at the sole discretion of The Hedgehog Club. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
